4. Delivery Policy

We offer TWO delivery methods for livestock and hardware orders:

4.1 Same-Day Airport-to-Airport (Recommended)

Livestock may be shipped same-day via Bidair Cargo airport-to-airport freight. This service is available for select routes and must be arranged in advance. The buyer is responsible for collection at the destination airport within the timeframe specified by the airline or freight carrier.

⚠ Failure to collect your shipment promptly may result in the death of livestock. We are not liable for losses resulting from delayed collection by the buyer.

4.2 Overnight Courier Door-to-Door

We recommend Bidair Cargo for overnight courier delivery of livestock to your door. Overnight courier orders are packed with appropriate insulation to ensure safe transit under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
